KINCHIEF – BOON TO CHILDREN

The Karnataka International Children Film Festival organized by Karnataka chalanachitra Academy on behalf of the government of Karnataka with information and public relations, public instructions, department of women and child development in the first edition of KINCHIEF  is screening films for children of all age group free of cost in all the 30 districts of Karnataka from November 14 to 20.

It is a non-profit festival, and an attempt to bring the world closer to our children through the medium of film. It is for children of government schools. The audience will also include teachers, educators, and delegates involved in film production. It is 15 films from India and abroad for seven days with UFO technology. The Karnataka information minister Roshan Baig informed this is primarily for government school children.

Information director Vishukumar, Principal Secretary of information and public relations department Smt Shalini Rajanish and Creative director Vasanth Mokashi Punekar were present at the media briefing.

Taina, The Origin (Brazil), Yellow Colt (Mongolia), Pani Kluci, Blue Tiger, Journey of the Beginning Time (Czech), Gubbachchigalu, Alegalu, Goopi Gawwayya Bagha Bajjayya, Kaphal, Khobh (India), Cinderella Moon (China), Children of Heaven (Irna), In the name of Sherlock Holmes (Hungary), Clara and the secret of bears (Switzerland) and Inuk (France).
